A spectacular 18th century Swedish bureau with its original dry scraped patina and brass hardware. The fall-front opens to reveal six drawers, little shelves, a small door concealing another shelf and drawer and a sliding door on the desk with a secret compartment. The desk front folds down onto two retracting stretchers. A truly special piece.
