CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Know that our lovely team is always just a call or email away. Should you like a helping hand, you can absolutely place your order over the telephone. Our team is available from 10am–4pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 10am-2pm on 0488 366 763.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIMESCALES?

For furniture and large items, a quote will need to be obtained via our trusted delivery partners and timescales depend on delivery location. For smaller items, we calculate postage via Australia Post and costs will vary depending on location and weight. Please enter your items to the cart along with your shipping information to see a postage calculation. We aim to process and prepare all items within 3 - 5 working days. The price you are quoted for shipping is reflective of the rate from the courier service.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We're thrilled to have clients located all over the world, and so yes, we absolutely deliver overseas. Just get in touch with our team on sales@shadesofpale.com.au who can help with a quote for shipping to wherever you may be.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please choose carefully as Shades Of Pale do offer refunds or returns on furniture and large items, however we are happy to exchange small decor items within 14 days of purchase.

Customers are to return the item to the store in its original condition and packaging at their own postage/courier expense. A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Credit notes are valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be used to purchase online.

Please note all SALE ITEMS are final and are not valid for a refund or exchange.

In the rare instance that any of our items are faulty, please contact our team on sales@shadesofpale.com.au to organise a refund or discuss repair.

DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE GST?

They certainly do. All our pricing is in Australian Dollars and is inclusive of GST.

CAN I PURCHASE A SHADES OF PALE GIFT CARD?

You can indeed. We offer our E-gift cards than come in six different values to choose from – perfect for those friends who are rather tricky to buy for or for last-minute gifting.

WHOLESALE & TRADE

We love working closely with our fellow members of the trade and do our best to assist with trade pricing. This varies piece to piece so please contact our team on sales@shadesofpale.com for a quote.

LAY-BY POLICY

Lay-by is available IN-STORE ONLY

The Lay-by period is for 4 weeks from the date of purchase and 30% of the total amount is to be paid as the first instalment.

- Lay-bys will not be offered on Sale items and Lay-bys cannot be added to.

Once the Lay-by sale has been completed, the goods are to be collected within a period of 7 days from the completion of the sale.

PRODUCTS ON APPROVAL POLICY  (Apro’s)

We understand that there are times where its difficult to visualise a piece in your space. This service is available on certain décor items at managements discretion; however we do not offer apro on furniture and large items due to logistical disruptions it causes in the store.

Items taken on apro are to be returned by COB the following day in their original condition.

Credit card information will be obtained by our staff prior to the goods leaving the store and the full amount will be charged if the goods are not returned by COB the following day.
