Refund policy

Please choose carefully as Shades Of Pale do not offer refunds or returns on furniture and large items, however we are happy to exchange small décor items within 14 days of purchase. 

Customers are to return the item to the store in its original condition and packaging at their own postage/courier expense. A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Credit notes are valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be used to purchase online.

Please note, all SALE ITEMS are final and are not valid for a refund or exchange. 

In the rare instance that any of our items arrive faulty or defective, we must be notified via email within 48 hours of accepting delivery of your order. Please email a full defect description with photos to sales@shadesofpale.com.au

Should Shades Of Pale not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be processed. 

Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
